We specialise in inbound tourism across India (and neighbouring areas), offering fully customised travel packages, hotel bookings, transportation, guided tours, and experiences tailored for Spanish/Portuguese-speaking clients.
How can I get a quote for a travel package?
Contact us via email or phone with your travel dates, number of travellers, preferred destinations, and any special interests (culture, adventure, wellness). We'll send a detailed quote within 24-48 hours.
Are flights included in your packages?
Flights are not automatically included, but we'll happily assist with flight bookings or give you package options with or without airfare-depending on your preference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment methods. A deposit of typically 30 % is required to confirm your booking; remaining balance is due [X days] before travel.
Can we customise our itinerary?
Yes - all our itineraries are fully customisable to your interests. Whether you want more culture, adventure, wildlife, luxury, or local-experiences, we'll modify your plan accordingly.
What happens if we need to cancel or change our booking?

No - our quote aims to be transparent. All major services (hotels, transport, guide) are included; we'll clearly list any optional extras (e.g., tips, optional excursions). You'll know exactly what you're paying for.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our guides can speak Spanish and Portuguese to accommodate our clients. We also have English-speaking guides if required.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included automatically, but we strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive insurance covering medical, flight delays/cancellations, and luggage. We can arrange this for you if needed.
How do you handle COVID-19 or other health/safety issues?
We monitor the latest health and travel advisories. All our local partners follow safety protocols. If you're booking during a pandemic or other health-sensitive period, we'll provide current requirements and options for flexible changes.
What kind of support do you offer while we're travelling?
We provide 24/7 emergency support via phone or WhatsApp. Your local assistant will be reachable in-country throughout your trip.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak seasons (festivals, school holidays) we recommend booking at least 3-4 months ahead. For off-peak bookings, 4-6 weeks might suffice.
