 Cancellation & Refund Policy – Hispano India Travels

We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. At Hispano India Travels, we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure clarity and confidence when booking with us.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address. The date on which the cancellation notice is received will be considered for calculating applicable charges.

Unless otherwise stated in your travel proposal or booking agreement, the following standard cancellation charges apply:

Notice Period (Before Tour Start Date)

Cancellation Fee

30 days or more

10% of total tour cost (service fee)

15–29 days

25% of total tour cost

7–14 days

50% of total tour cost

Less than 7 days or no-show

100% of total tour cost (No refund)

âš ï¸ Important: Some services, including airline tickets, train bookings, or special hotel deals, may be non-refundable or subject to separate cancellation charges as per the supplier’s terms.


 Refund Policy

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–21 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • All bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the client.
  • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
  • No refund will be applicable for unused services, early departures, or voluntary trip cancellations during travel.

Amendments & Changes

  • Changes to travel dates, hotels, or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Minor modifications will be accommodated where possible without extra fees, but last-minute changes (less than 7 days before departure) may be treated as a cancellation.

 Force Majeure / Unavoidable Circumstances

In the event of cancellation due to natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events, we will attempt to:

  • Reschedule or adjust the trip wherever feasible.
  • Offer credit notes or partial refunds based on supplier policies and commitments already made.

Please note: Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed and are subject to third-party agreements.
